my company has a ma1320 series yaskawa robot with dx200 pendant. We recently had a crash and replaced R-Axis spline gear that was severely damaged. All other axis seem to be ok alignment marks are dead on. Yaskawa tech came onsite did repair checked TCP updated abso data. Etc. After modifying a taught program and jogging in teach to verify clearances. We ran job in play and most points appear to have dropped in Z- after being modified. What would cause this to happen I do not have any ideas.

seems as though the manipulator itself may need to be racalibrated. Still waiting for some input from the community??
