hello,I met some issues with an ABB 1600 irc5 arc welding, the cell has 4 mechanical units(3 robots and 1 turning table with two different fixtures on it?.At one table the robots are welding with any problem but on the other one,all three robots are stoping at the first ArcLStart instruction and the error that occurs is AW_IGN_ERR.I check the - wire,it's ok.What can cause that error??? The robots are welding on both tables with the same sources(from Fronius).
Ignition error

Brand new cell or has it been in production for a while and this problem just started ?
(can't imagine it being brand new since the customer shouldn't accept the install as is, just thought I'd ask)
Which turn table is it, ABB IRBP-R/K or 3rd party ?
Is it a multimove cell or are they more independent ?
Sketchy weld ground ? Measure resistance from the powersource negative (-) to the work table when in position.

hello, the cell was in production from a couple months,we have no problem until yesterday.the resistance is about 0.01 0.02.when the robots are in ArcStart, the welding wire is feeded and gas flow too but the current is not discharched(arc ignition).what gives the signal to the welding sources to start welding?

IRBP K 600 is the model of the table and the cell is not multimove

It's done now,the - wires from the welding sources are unite into a main node where one single mass wire is leaving to the tables, that wire has the slipper fried but still in contact with the node, and that s why i still have 'mass' on the measuring tool but the resistance is not enough for the tension of the welding current.thank you!
