Need some help here guys and gals. Searched through forums and couldn't find anything relative to the problem I am having.
While trying to add a servo spot welding gun (Toloatic Model SWA4) to a Fanuc 30iB Plus I get to the prompt asking for brake style. I am aware this is a "non-Fanuc standard" motor but I do have a motor ID code from them that should (and has on a previous project) work for a direct entry method. Everything will go through fine until i get to the prompt asking for the brake style. There is no brake for this gun so I enter 0. When I enter 0 it pops up "Default 0.00" a little lower in the display window then gives a fault code "INTP-208 Divide by 0" then the controller will freeze. I have to turn power off to the robot, wait for it to boot back up just to see nothing has changed with the EXT AXIS in group 2 in the CNTRL Start Maintenance screen. I tried this probably at least ten times since Wednesday of last week using either "Partial" or "Complete" setups. I have also tried loading in the "syssvgn.sv" file from the previous project I completed back in September. Same 30iB plus fanuc robots. Same SWA4 Tolomatic guns. It will not load in the config for the gun. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
