Hi Everyone,
could you please help me solve this problem? I am doing twin wire from fronius.
I have already went thru bullseye on the master welding tip, but the tip has an angle (15 degrees) to the nozzle bottom "plane".
Have anyone knows hot to align the tcp of the master welding tips to be vertical to the plane of the nozzle?
I am thinking to search for the plane with searchl and then somehow aligned Z coordinate to this plane. But I dont know how to calculate it.
Thanks for helping me.

It's been quite a while since I played around with Fronius Twin and Bullseye so things may (hopefully they have) changed since then...
However....
1. I have a vague recollection that there was a special version of Bullseye for Twin - this may or may not be correct and they might have incorporated it into the standard Bullseye.... reach out to your local ABB office and I'm sure they can help with that.
2. You can turn off using the wire to align the TCP, in that case it'll align the cup/nozzle and only measure the wire for XYZ.
