I am new to profibus and this is my first time doing a profibus communication. Robot side we use an R30iB plus controller with robot master software and master card on the other side it is a DMG machine which has a Siemens DP/DP coupler. The coupler model number is 158-0AD01-0XA0, the current station address is 5 and my i/p bytes=32 & o/p bytes=32. I have the gsd file of the coupler but i dont know which data to enter in the slave parameter config on the robot side. I did some trial and now in the robot profibus diagnostics it shows that station address is true but the slave is not ready and also the reparametrisation of slave is on. Could someone help me fill the exact parameters which are required on the robot side. and also the bus fault led on the coupler is blinking red.
