So with lots of help I have my UX 150 doing simple block step AS programs. the bot is moving the way I expect.
Now I need to get it to: 1. execute a program from a remote input. 2. stop moving at various sensor inputs. 3.trigger an output
What I would like to do is stack bundles of 25 strapped boxes onto a pallet/ corner stacker
I figure that I want to program a movement that approaches the pallet and when sensor #1 mounted on the gripper sees the corner stacker wall or the previously placed bundle it will stop, trigger an output (air valve) and jump to the next step which would cause the bot to back away.. I see in the prints all of the inputs and outputs I am just not sure about the programming of these
Or whether the controller will tolerate not making it to it's commanded destination before it receives new instructions
Any thoughts ?
