Hello, i use UR5, I set the speed to the maximum, and when i touch robot, he don't stop, I have to adjust the force ?? or the speed ?? the collaborative fonction does not work

With the UR running at max speed you will need to do more than touch the robot to enter a protective stop. It’s not really designed to be collaborative at those speeds as they exceed the standard limits. You would need to reduce the speeds to collaborative speeds for the robot to stop without a lot of force.
It really takes more than a touch to get it to stop, especially if you are hitting around the elbow instead of the tool flange. It’s designed to not hurt you if it does hit you but depending on what tool it has or parts it’s carrying it could still hurt.
