Is there any information on how to setup IE field comms for the fanuc robot controllers? No information is on the doc CD and while i have it communicating, all my IO is shifted 16 bits from where it should be. Not sure if there is a problem or if its normal for IE Field.

SOLVED. Fanuc will send the setup document if requested.
As for the bit shift issue, CC-Link IE Field adds system area (no idea what that is) ahead of any IO you designate by default, so UO1 will be at bit 16 instead of bit 0 if it is set at slot 1 start 1 in IO config. you can disable this insertion in system > variables > $CCIE > $SYSTEM_AREA set to 0 instead of 1 and power cycle. It should then operate as standard IO you are familiar with.
