I am using a NO proxy sensor to start my robot program. I need the sensor to be closed for 3 to 5 seconds before the program runs. There will be times when the proxy will be closed for a half second or so, and these instances can not start my program. Does anyone know how to do this? I appreciate any help!

This could be done in the ladder. If the 2xxxx external input comes on, start a timer. When the timer is done turn on the 0xxxx universal input that is used in the job. The prox would need to stay on longer than the time value to have the universal input come on unless you seal the circuit.

Thank you, I will look into trying this. I am fairly new to robot programming, but I think I can get that to work!

Thanks again, I was able to get my program to run as needed.
