Hi,
We recently integrated Fanuc M-10iA/12 robots with our Fanuc Oi-TF CNC machines to pick and place the components. About every 30 minutes (around 15-20 cycles) we are getting a "INTP-02 *program name*, 1 Stack Over Flow Auto Abort" error. Due to this, we have to constantly reset the robot. Is there any solution to overcome this problem?

Try increasing stack size in the properties of the programs that cause the problem. Stop the robot, abort all programs by FCTN - Abort all programs, then press SELECT, move the cursor to the proper name, press F3 - DETAIL (or another F-key with this description) and then double the stack size of the program. Restart the robot and check if the problem is gone.

Also check to make sure that no program or macro on that robot is calling itself, or calls another program which, in turn, calls itself.
Not that I, myself, have ever made that mistake... oh no. Not me, never ..:
Just don’t ask me how I know to check that -
We finally got it to work by doing what you said
