Hello, we're doing some testing with a UR10 and have had some errors in the log which I'd like some advice on. The robot was not moving, it wasn't running any commands or scripts, but shut itself down while the controller box and screen was still active. I rebooted and got it running again to get a look at the log, with the following error codes:
C4A65 / C4A66 / C4A4 "Broken communication error". Service manual says these are "Serial communication problem with one or more joints" and how to fix as "Check green 2-wire connectors and wires in joints".
Also threw error C1153 "Wrong robot type", manual says "Can be related to different causes: Wrong setting in urcontrol.conf file, Defective 48V PSU, Defective Masterboard, Defective Current Distributor pcb"; with suggested fix as: "Check settings in config file Replace 48V PSU, Masterboard or Current Distributor pcb if necessary"
I've tried swapping out the power cables but the error still persists. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any advice that would help to troubleshoot the problem would be much appreciated!
