We don't use the robot much and the Batteries went dead and now we need to Home, initializing an ABB S3 (M93) robot.
Does anyone know how to do this or where in the Service or Programming manual can I find the info.

It's been a while, but something like this.
Drive the robot in joint mode to line up the calibration scales on each axis, working from axis 1 (base axis) to 6
On teach pendant, MAN - SCAN - PARAM - RESOLVE then SYNCOFF, values should be with a few hundred of values written inside cabinet or under one of the arm covers, REV count should be updated to 0, repeat for each axis using NEXT button. If it doesn't work, let me know and I will see if I have a manual for the process.DO NOT change COMOFF values, robot won't work but can be recovered from
