hi, i have trouble when switching off the cabinet, the power and pc stops instantly without quiting end shuting down windows first.
so when i bood, each time need to re calibrate my axis.
now i measured the voltage over my batteries,
when powerd on, 26 volts
powerd off, 20 volts
what is the min voltage to keep things working ?

Both batteries together should provide 24V. 20V is probably below minimum. Does the controller show any "accumulator" messages after being rebooted?
How old are the batteries? Generally, these batteries need to be replaced after 3 years.

I dismantled the batteries, and one only provides 7 volts !! other one 12,3 volts
Will replace them both tomorrow, hope all works fine then.

Update:
today new batteries, and it works and shuts off perfect nowThanks.

Just remember to keep the controller on for several hours at first, to ensure the new batteries are fully charged. When the batteries are brand new, they may not have enough charge to ensure proper shutdowns until they've had 6-12hrs of charge time in the controller -- they charge slowly.
