Hello,
I am new completely new to Motoman and I am having a few issues attempting to get an old YS450 back up and running. All of its programs are still there but I have two major alarms that are preventing me from getting it to move.
Alarm 4311 - encoder back-up error - robot1 -[SLUR]
Alarm 1335 - encoder not reset - robot1 - [SLUR]
This machine has been sitting for several years and I assumed that the backup batteries were probably dead so both the one in the robot base and the one in the controller has been replaced. The robot is listing all zeros for its position no matter where it is moved to and it will not let me go through the process to reinitialize the encoders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
