Hello, another quick question. Why is it I can master/calibrate G2 (Servo table), but not G1 (120i Arcmate Robot)?
Orginally I couldn't get the G2 to move, later finding out it the Robot Break was ON. After turning it OFF, I was able to rotate the table one revolution (approx 20 mills) then back to 0.000 then master/calibrate then recylce power. Upon rebooting the robot, the master/calibration stayed as desired! Great!
But G1 (Robot) is not. I moved all 6 axis one revolution (approx 20 mills), back to 0.000 then master (says Robot Mastered), then Calibrated (says Robot Calibrated). But upon cycling power back on, the robot stays to the origional old (and incorrect) master/calibration is has.
Ive tried it 2 times now, no luck. Also tried in cold start, still nothing.
Any ideas to why G2 will accept a Master/Calibration, but not G1?
Also a side note, our G3 (other survo table) has a faulty motor and is not funtional, and robot break is ON.
We ideally would like to get up and running with the one table (G2), and the robot. Is it possible G3 is causing our request to not he saved/applied, even though it says conformation upon master/calibrate, indicating its been completed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
