I am trying to get torque monitoring to log to a database so i can find failures before it happens. Has anyone had any luck on the P200e RJ3 and RJ3IB controllers?

You can always find the variable needed and dump it on a register, then take the register and transfer it to a PLC to be translated......
R1=$Torque values for 1
R2=$torque values for 2
and so forthGO[1]=R1
GO[2]=R2
etc -
Thanks for the information. I am currently pulling it off the PLC into a database but I am getting a binary number that im turning into a whole number. It is showing around a range from 400 to 4000 what is this representing? Is there any other options getting the health of these servos in real time?
