ARC-013 Arc start failed

    Hello there,
    I am using 100iBe ArcMate. ARC-013 Arc start failed error occurs. The strange is that the robot is welding fine, making verry smooth weld, but very often when it starts welding the robot is delaying its moves. It stays on "Arc Start" point and doesnt move for a few seconds, after that it continues to the next point and returns back to the first point and after all that it continues its program. But sometimes when it delays the robot stop welding and "ARC-013" error occurs. So it overlapping welding.

    I will be very thankfull if someone gives a suggestion.

    I guess you are right since I disabled arc loss because of "ARC-018 Lost arc detect" showed up. It was working fine until now. But I am not really sure how to check Arc detect signal.

    I need help, the robot throws me an error "ARC-0.13 Arc Start failed" I tried to change the error response time to 1.5s but nothing has changed.
The robot starts up and gets to the place where it should start cooking, pulls out the wire and stops.
