KUKA VK VRS1 360 Doesn't run

    Hello.

    i am working with a kuka robot vk 360. the software is VRS1-B. it was working correctly until i restart it. then it doesn't start at all. it keep in
    VRS1 screen, showing only this logo but nothing more.
    any help would be welcomed.

    I have the same problem. What is curious is that we have 2 Kuka robots and 1 SEF rack. If we connect the first robot we cannot enable the "hand" mode (logically, other modes are not working). If we connect the second robot we have de VRS1 logo screen and nothing else....does anybody what could be happening with the second Kuka robot that locks the system such this way?
