I have been looking at setting the 'OPEARTION INH ACCEPT' to time out automatically when left on the same interface page, however I can find no setting adjustment in the 'Aux Function' menu. It toggles when switching between screens, however the program has been set to keep displaying the 1st I/F page whilst in auto running conditions. So ideally I would just like to apply a timeout after the INH/ACCEPT has been toggled, any input would be greatly appreciated thanks.
Can the INH/ACCEPT on I/F panel be set to time out?

I have been looking into this, but I cannot find any flags relating to the INH/ACCEPT contained within a standard backup.
Therefore can only deduce that there is no direct code that can be linked to the switch itself such as a timeout function.........I maybe wrong though.....The only way I have found is to 'force' toggle the switch (like you mentioned already) by switching screens.
I can code the 'force toggle' in to print briefly to the keyboard screen and then turn on the interface panel, but this would need to be managed in a background task in order for it to effective.
Roughly done:PRINT 2:" " ; This command turns on the keyboard screen
IFPDISP 1 ; This command turns on Interface Panel Page 1IFPDISP x ; Could be used to select between different Interface Panel Pages.
(This is not available on earlier version C Controller, but available on D/D+ and E Controllers).D Controller has upto 4 IF pages available, E Controller has upto 8 IF pages available).
1 thing I haven't checked is when the Teach Pendant Screen goes off (after 10 mins of none use), does the INH/ACCEPT switch toggle.....
If so, then I know this 'time' can be altered - and maybe offer another solution......
Maybe this is something you can look at...........I know this doesn't answer your question, but may invoke a work around/alternative solution............
