I bought my Fanuc from Lincoln Electric. One of their programmers came to my shop to help me out with a couple issues.
He told me never to use torch mate as part of every day running... I don't need to be changing the TCP unless something goes really wrong.
I hear some people run every couple of cycles.
Any opinions on this? I have never ran it, but I think it may help me out because it seems like my TCP may be wandering a little bit (or at least the weld wire is).
If I record the TCP data that I have now, can I just put it back manually after running torchmate if I want to get back to where I was?
Thanks...
