Hi, I'm relatively new with Fanuc robots. In the company that I work there is a 2000i fanuc robot this robots had a lot of time without turning on, and all that time it hadn't had batteries, now when we finally put batteries on it and turn on, the robot give us the SRVO 062 BZAL alarm in all axis. I already did the usual solution for this problem which is activate RES_PCA but this doesn´t work at all, the alarm is still there and I can´t fixed.
If you can help me I appreciate it so much.
Thank you in advance.

With the power on look at the I/O screen. Check SO 4 Battery Alarm. If it is on the batteries are bad or are not installed properly.
If it is off you need to reset the pulse coders and then turn the controller off and then back on again and master it. -
Well I checked the SO 4 and is off. but I already did the reset pulse and tried to master it but i can´t. the alarm is still there
-
Did you turn the controller off and then back on again?
-
Yes, I did
-
Go to the alarm screen menu,4 and then post the entire alarm here.
DO you have a second motion group? -
No, I don´t have a second group.

Well it's pretty clear the robot is not seeing the 6 volts from the battery box.
I would pull the cover off of the battery box and check that the batteries are installed properly and also check to make sure the metal contacts are not corroded.
If need be you can unmount the battery box from the back of the robot and verify you have the correct voltage from the terminals on the back. It is labeled (+ or -) so you can also check for the correct polarity. -
thank you, I would never have thought on that
