Take a look at the system integrator manual.
Search for $MOVE_ENABLE.
During commissioning you could point this variable to $IN[1025] to avoid the need of a real signal.
This variable is part of the automatc external mode: configuration -> inputs outputs -> automatic external.

The only way to bypass it is to connect this signal with a push button if you do not have PLC. But you will need to have a small IO rack at least which should be communicating with the Robot controller. Then you can connect a normally closed push button to this IO rack and use that Input in the Automatic External Configuration as Joan mentioned.
