I've notice that the teach pendant screen goes off --even though everything is active-- while no one is using it. We do remote access on it. I've never had problems making the screen active again, I just touch the arrows, but the techs that use it on a daily basis have mention that sometimes it doesn't respond and does not come on --the screen stays black-- and to recover they just turn the controller OFF/ON.
I'm working with an R-30iB mate controller.
Is there a way to make the teach pendant stay active all the time???
