I have an Fanuc R-30iA that will not boot up properly when power is turned on. It will Boot up directly in the Boot Monitor mode. Is there a system variable not right or maybe a memory problem.
This robot has been running for 1 1/2 years.

Possible causes are bad Pendant or cable, no communication to I/O devices, possible bad SRAM/FROM.
Look at the CPU when it hangs and note which LED's are on. This will give you an indication of what is happening.
