I have an M710iC with an RJ3iC Controller. On the E-Stop Control Board there is an 8 Pin connector on the lower left hand side of the board. What typically connects to these 8 pins? I presume external E-Stop circuits. Is it necessary to put jumpers on any of these 8 pins if they are not used? Any help anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.

What that connector is, going by my memory, is four normally open contacts.
The contacts close when the main contactor is pulled in. Normally they are not wired, unless you need to power something only when the robot servo amp has power.

Thanks. I bought this robot used and it had some wires connected to the E-Stop card. They are not presently used and I wanted to know if they need to be jumpered out. The robot runs without them, but I have other unrelated problems.
