It is on your original software from Fanuc. You can't download it.
Why do you need to update it? -
When I connect to the controllers web page from my computer and try to use the "Monitor iPendant (ECHO)" function I get the error:'The robot is not responding to your login. Please check the robot for posted errors.' Then the TP has a PMON-001 error and a OS-026 error, the OS error isnt in the manual. I was going to try and update the TP to see if that would fix it.

Do you have iPendant controls installed in your PC?
Without this, you cannot monitor or navigate the TP from PC. -
Yes I do, Installed it fresh yesterday.

Try to do a search of the forum for the error or ECHO pendant to see what you can find.
I-Pendant firmware upgrades are done when the pendant firmware is a lower version than the software on the robot controller. -
what version of explorer are you using? i have trouble with this as well, my solution is to turn off any sort of firewall and hope IT doesnt notice. another thing to check is to go to the setup menu on the robot for Hostcom and unlock the http authorization.
menu -> setup -> host comm -> http -> F3[detail] -> set all of the options that you want to use to unlock with F3. i think that echo is controled by iPendent, though it could be Vision Setup.

Thanks for the suggestions guys I finally got it going! I'm not sure exactly what fixed it but here is what I did before it started to work.
1. In Internet explorer security options I created a custom level that allowed all active x controls and plug ins as well as added the robots ip address to that security level.
2. Uninstalled and re installed ipendant controls making sure to right click and run it as administrator.
3. Added exceptions to windows firewall for internet explorer and basically any process that had fanuc in the name.
4. I had already unlocked the http authorization so It wasn't what finally fixed it but still needs to be set like DuhbCakes says above
5. Most likely circumstantial, but I cleared out all my alarm logs before I tried it an it worked. (Have a feeling resetting internet explorer right before this allowed my setting changes to become active allowing it to work)
