    Hi all

We are using a Kawasaki UX150FC32 robot whos teach pendant screen is not displaying anything,

It is not the connector to the robot controller as well, so its not the cable or anything like that. The screen first started to fade and make lines and now eventually it doesn't display anything at all :sadsmiley:

I cannot find a teach pendant online anywhere, as the robot is older than noah's ark. :wallbash:

Does anybody know where I can find such a teach pendant or if it is even possible to use a different teach pendant from a different Kawasaki model and then just replace the teach pendant card inside of the controller?

    Regards
    Niel

It may not be the pendant. It could be the board in the controller. By the way you described it with the fading/lines it is very possible that it is the board. What controller is it and do you have any more of the same controller you can try swapping the pendants with to make sure it is the pendant?

    Thanks for the reply Mark.

It is a C controller and no it is the only Kawasaki of this model that we have.

So I cannot swap parts around with donor robots of the same model.

    Hello,
You need to load the correct MFP software coordinated to the AS software of Robot.
