I'm not familiar with that variety of Panarobos, but my interpretation of your problem is that your built in welder has a problem. Your robot is still functional and not the problem, yes or no? IF the problem is the welder and the robot still works, you may want to wire up an external welding system. A Miller welding package would be the most obvious choice to hook up the quickest and easiest, at least in the US.
I was informed by a long time serviceman that there is no longer service for the internal Panasonic welders (in the US), so the old Panarobos can be valuable if the welder still function. -
Thanks for taking the time to look at the problem that I have
the robot works fine but the error comes when welding.
can you give me the packet data that was obtained with miller maybe ea look around here to see if I get itthanks!

You can start here. https://www.panasonicfa.com/content/panaso…otics-solutions
It would help to know where you are located.
I have wired up numerous different welders and other equipment to robots. One of my favorites is the old Airco pulsearc; it was engineered by Panasonic, you can then use your existing wire feeder and torch assembly, and they are cheap if you can find them. If you can get by with one set of welding parameters, then about all you need to do is hook the trigger leads toan output terminal and reprogram your welding sequences. For control of wire feed speed and voltage, as well as other interface functions, it gets more involved but can be done. -
By the way, one of the reasons I ask where you are located is that I have an AW-005C with integrated welder. If I cannot resolve my robot problems, the welder will be available soon. The robot was supposed to be operational when I bought it but it isn't, so I cannot confirm whether the welder has no problems.
Also, I have a Panasonic/Airco interface that I can sell, if you latch onto a pulsearc. -
The company name is Lewistools, based in San Diego California and it has an assembly plant in Tijuana Mexico where we have the welding Robots. We normally buy stuff and ship it to our San Diego address
Please let me know the condition of your equipment and how much you will sell it, may be we can use it for parts.
Thanks

There's an ongoing ebay auction 151415311785 not far from you, for two Panarobos in San Leandro, that includes remote Panasonic welders that should tie in to your existing IO terminals and a couple of very large welding positioners. They don't say what the robot models are. Looks like all the hardware has been cleaned and repainted. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd sell you the robots and welders separately as the downplayed them and are promoting the workcells for later models robots.
I hate to say it, but if they don't want to sell the robots separately, you can recoup a large part of your investment back by scrapping the work cells.
