    Hi everyone.

    Help me solve the problem with the error ARC-054 (No motion while arc welding)
    I have an AM 100 ic6 L. I need to weld without moving the robot.

    My program:

    1: J P [1] 40% FINE
    : Arc Start [1];
    2: L P [1] 50.0sec FINE
    : Arc End [1];

    Some time robot works, but then error ARC-054.
    I'm can run welding DO [...] [EQ1 Weld Start] = true. But I wonder, as in ArcTool disable tracking movement during welding?

    Regards Alex

    Hello, how was this issue resolved ? I have a robot that does not throw any codes but stops moving in the middle of a weld causing metal to pool and blow through the part. This is the closest I have seen to anyone having a similar issue. Any help would be appreciated as there are no errors to start me in any direction.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi. My task was precisely to stop the robot and weld at one point. If your robot stops for some reason, and you are sure that it is not because of your trajectory. Then you can try to do Init Start.

    Hello, thanks for the reply.

    I do not believe my trajectory is the issue seeing as it does not crash or touch the part. Not to mention when presented with this issue, we commented out the weld that was an issue and the issue moved to next weld. This happened until we had commented out five or six welds. Unfortunately no errors are shown when this happens.
