I need to add a 7th axis to a Fanuc robot in the PS. Could anyone help out on this? How to add the axis and how to jog it? Thanks.

Open the simulation
In the Robot menu at the top of the screeen select robot/start controlled start
After the robot boots to a cold start on the teach pendant select menu/software install
Select robot library then F3 done
Next select F5 add group
Then scroll down the list to add the type of extended axis you want.
you can use basic nobot, general positioner, basic positioner...
next select install.
After that you will go back to the main controlled start page and you will need to set up the axis. You will need to know what type of motor, amp, and other specific configuration values. -
