CLRSENS changes my weave angle, but when I remove it weaves at the desired 45 angle. Cant find any information for the CLRSENS instruction in my training manuals. CRSENS comes before the reference points or after?
CLRSENS changes my weave angle, why?

Hi , I believe this CLRSENS instruction is associated with Comarc (arc sensing) . If you have Comarc option turned on , this instruction will be listed in your inform list along with other Comarc instructions.
If you are simply weaving there should be no reason to use this instruction, used out of context this could confuse your weave file instruction. -
Yes I’m using ComArc to weld the entire seam around a bracket continuously . The seam is 57 inches long and it makes 8 turns. I know I have correct U/D values because it works at other seams that are linear. The job was originally programmed using CLRSENS, but I had to increase stick-out later (consequently gathered new ComArc data for the longer stick-out) and for some reason it changed my weave angle in some areas of the seam, so I retaught my reference points (Ref1 wall direction Ref2 base direction). I noticed during test run with CLRSENS it would either weave up and down or side to side after executing CLRSENS. I removed CLRSENS and now it weaves correct during test run but while welding ComArc looses track about an inch making a longer leg on the base after making a turn.

I got it! I set CLRSENS berfore making the turn. I was told after the turn.
