I am trying to setup a program on my controller for production, however when i put the robot in certain positions(orientations) i get an OVC alarm. I've checked the phase to phase voltage at the servo amplifier and its well over 170VAC, also checked the brake connector and it seems to be fine.
I've considered restricting motion on the J1 axis by defining a motion group that excludes it because it is the author of the OVC alarm in the hopes the brakes would be applied to the j1 axis and prevent this motor from drawing more current but even this is proving very challenging as i do not have the software installation manual
I am literally out of ideas on what to do next!
