We have an aw-005, which from my understanding is a similar model. In ours, the PG connectors are under a round plate at the base of the robot and under a side plate at the back of the robot arm. I know it's been awhile since this was asked, but hopefully this helps.

I removed those covers and pulled out the PG connectors that are held together by hex head screws, and found the #13 and #16 pins. The 16th pin is in one corner and only has only a single wire one side of the connector pair, there is no female terminal for 16; #13 is on the same side three wires away. The "jumper" used was a piece of .020" welding wire about three inches long bent into a "U" shape.. With the connectors all connected, the power was turned on and then the "org reset" screen displayed on the teach pendant. Slipping the wire down into the #13 socket and #16 socket, after a few seconds, that particular axis would disappear from the pendant display. Within a couple minutes, all the axes were reset!
