Since yesterday on the IIRB7600 robot the alarm "The duty factor for the gearbox of joint rob1_3 robot ROB_1 is too high" is reapppearing; it happened several times btw. My question is: what is the alarm connected with? The temperature of the motor/ gearbox which is now 65-75 degrees Celsius or too high working parameters: velocity, acceleration, load? This motor is the hottest of all. Is there any way to check the tempereture, the current of the motor in question? How to interpret the alarm, since the robot works for years with the mentioned parameters, however the problem (alarm) is occuring for two days only.
