I have two P-200E's that we pulled out of a cell of 4 robots ran by a gooey.
I'm working on getting them to jog to zero them in the shop as stand alone controllers. (Only thing connected is the servo disconnects and robot.)
TBOP is all jumped out along with purge and fire alarm. We have checked all grounds and connections in the robot.
We have 2 codes SERVO-082 line track and MCTL-014 Waiting of servo ready.
I have done the
menu
0
6
type
3
f3 reset many times
Still no movement.
Any ideas????? wiring changes, configuration changes??

Do you mean Srvo-068 DTERR (robot) or SRVO-086 PHAL (track)?
-
I meant SRVO-082 WARN DAL alarm The line tracking pulse coder has not been connected
My bad

Hey amowey,
Are you still having trouble?Line (or rail) tracking cell P200E, R-J3iB
Your robots previousy worked w/ PaintWorks GUI set up.
Normally these zones are controlled by PLC; GUI can be down and robots will still run as a queue is developed by the PLC, and creates a robot queue per setup "number of detects".
When you say fire alarm etc, you mean your purge is bridged to get purge complete and servo power.
The DAL alarm is related to line-tracking, or rail tracking if robot(s) have a rail.
You might need to reconfig the robot to do what you want it to do.
If line-tracking is set up, but you want to run these bots like pedestal robots, then the set up needs to get changed to suit.Luke

Is there any way that I could bypass/jumper out the line tracking for just while they are in my possession without reconfiguring?
The cell that they are going in will be using line track. -
Not sure on this one, think its possible to disable in Menu-setup-encoders.
Or look in the linetracking menu's. -
Have you tried creating a new, non-line tracking program, from scratch?
Or, in the Detail screen of your program, set line tracking schedule and boundary numbers to zero?
You should be able to jog the robot with or without the line tracking set up; try different co-ordinate modes.

We finally got it.
Had to pull the line tracking board out move the fiber optic cable over and do a control start to change the I/o over to memory.
Thanks anyway.
