We have a Fanuc R2000 robot that is "lost" after performing a cold start. What I mean by lost is the positioning is not even close to where it needs to be. I know just enough to be dangerous but not enough to fix the problem. The offsets appear to be correct in the controller but something is really wrong. Is there a step by step process that needs to happen after performing a cold start? Perhaps a homing sequence? Any help would be very much appreciated.
