Can I exchange 2 motor with different voltage?

I have an very old robot MODEL S5-76A0.
I want to know: can I change a fanuc MOTOR A06B-0310-B351 : 1Nm, 2.2 A, 90V, 3000 rpm
by a fanuc A06B-0310-B351: 1Nm, 2.2A, 62V, 2000 rpm.
If not, any one know what servo param I need change to use new motor?

SYSTEM ERROR 7990
RAM PARITY ERROR (SERIAL BOARD)
AX = ... DX=... CX=...
How to fix this error?
