Hi,
I turned on the robot and Undandled Error appeared.
When I found where line 5 of that error is, Smart HMI.User.config then I couldn't locate the problem he claims to be disabled because I got a whole line written with NUL NUL NUL NUL NUL NUL...
The whole problem is visible in the pictures
How can I solve this problem the fastest?

We have over 800 CAD models of parts, we started working on painting automation with 2 robots. Everything is still in its infancy.
I wonder what is the fastest and most efficient way to make 800 robot programs if I have CAD models.
Parts should move on the conveyor belt at a speed of 4m / min. Robots should paint the parts. How to make all programs for all parts the fastest and most efficiently?
Which system do you think is best for recognizing parts on the conveyor belt? Camera?
If you have any hint / advice, anything is welcome.

I would need for one project two robots that should be painted parts with Nitro paint.
I saw on ABB website RB1000i Series Presentation, where RB1000i and Multiple sensors paint guns are presented.
I have a couple of questions;
1) Is it suitable for nitro paint?
2) Can I use 6 different colours with it?
If not, do you have a ready solution for that?

- I should use 6 different colours, so that should be considered
