Hi, we have a KRC4 driving a KR16. When our software developer tried to deploy an update to their software, it failed to deploy and the restore point failed as well. Kuka is recommending reinstalling the KSS but we never received a recovery stick. Is the only way to recover through the stick? It looks like $895 just to get the stick with a 14 week estimated lead time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
