Thanks Skooter!
So for the OT seems to do its job. Only difference we have found is that you have to put the teach pendant in T2 if you get a “hand broken”, Everything else seem to be the same.

Thanks for all the answers.
We don’t want to use the DI/DO since it’s slower then the *HBK.
However our expert programmer came up with a solution that we use the overtravel(OT) alarm signal since they share the same function with a relay in between.
We use the robot for palletizing and if we get a hand broken we must be able to move the robot in order to sort any crashed boxes.
Before we had this robot delivered here we thought that all of them had the EE connector in the arm. Now we know that that’s not always the case. We have the 185L version of the R-2000iB
And where can I find the ee connector in the cabinet? Just used to have the connector on the arm.
Maybe I expressed myself the wrong way. We want to use it but don’t know where to connect our outgoing signal from the hand since our R-2000iB R-30iA don’t have the cable/connector that normally handles the signal.
We are just installing a R-2000iB 185L and have in the past been using the function hand broken on our previous robot. This one don’t have that cable/connector so I wonder if it’s possible to use my outgoing signal from the “hand broken” function and connect it somewhere inside my cabinet.
I’ve not found out where I can connect so in need of some assistance.
