Yes the conveyor is in the same spot, I attempted to manual adjust the encoder scale but may have to do the 2 point as you recommend thanks.

Thanks for responding, this was a working system but with a new conveyor the robot runs faster than the conveyor now (maybe 15%). It is a Dorner conveyor with a belt driven pulley on the back end attached to the encoder. I assume the pulleys are are not the same tooth as before. I was trying not to redo the tracking setup since I have never done it before, but have been looking at the manual and will look into it more today or tomorrow.

I had to replace a conveyor that a Fanuc robot picks from using a R-30iB controller. Everything was thought to be the same but the robot moves faster than the conveyor now so I figure slight change in gear ratio from before.
The conveyor matches speed of another line then the encoder reads the speed of the conveyor using the encoder(Dorner conveyor). I marked a place on the conveyor then moved it 500mm and did the math of the encoder count prior to moving to after the 500mm. I went from 51.1cnt/mm to 85.2cnt/mm for the encoder scale factor in the tracking setup. This wiped out the trigger value, got that but now the robot does not seem to run the tracking portion of the program. I am not sure where to look and not seeing what it is at this time but looking through the manual trying to figure this out.
If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated thanks.
