Hi Skye fire,
Thanks for confirmation. I have another Question,
What may be the reason if the Charging voltage coming from KPS are less then 24VDC ? For example 22VDC When Measured ?
Thanks.

Dear All, I am Thank full all of you for your important opinions.
I just want confirmation if something inside the software configuration is required to make this safe backup power functional ?
I mean there are 2 scenarios.
1 => Just hard wiring of Dry batteries and these are in the system fully functional . ( Will provide Backup ).
2 => Hard wiring + Soft parameterization to make these Dry batteries functional ?
Please confirm the right one.
Thanks & Regards,
Hi Experts,
Hope you are doing well,
I have Two Palletizer Machines with KUKA KRC 2 Model. Total 3 KUKA PC at Each machine. My one palletizer machine's each PC have Dry batteries connected with KPS600 for safe shutdown. But Other one do not have these dry batteries. We faced Counter and mastering problems in case of power failure on this machine which do not have batteries.. So I installed and connected Dry batteries similarly according to machine have batteries. But these are not serving the purpose. I want to know is any configuration in KPS600 also required for dry batteries proper function being used as a backup supply for safe shutdown ? Or I will like to know how I can install these batteries.
Hope you guys have understand my problem.
Thanks In advance .
