No mention of light screens, or of any other safety system that doesn't rely on a human keeping watch. Horrifying.
It's especially scary when you're on set and the DP jumps in front of the robot at full speed to interrupt the musician, bypassing your no-pass-zone. Seriously, I'm amazed someone hasn't been killed yet. Was operating a Bolt-ish (RX160) during a music video with my hand on the estop. My heart rate was 150bmp for 6 hours. There are almost zero fail-safe/deadman safety measures in Cinema when the robot is in full motion. I wired up a N.C. foot-pedal after that shoot. Although it will be my last. Sold all my cinebots, too damn stressful of industry. I'll program them, but that's it.
