Just returned to my Lab. Fortunately, It was the fuses ( 2 fuses 4Amps each one). Thanks for the immediate reply. Not available for the next 2-3 weeks due to reading, reading, reading, reading,..... before jumpering the X11. Although, there are several diagrams for the stand-alone wiring of X11 I am not going to apply any of them. First thoughts for the next weeks:
1. Completely understand the power and safety signal distribution inside the controller and between the controller & the arm.
2. Organization of all the documentation that arrived from Kuka with the Kr210, Krc2ed05 (around 1500 pages of manuals handbooks, electrical diagrams)
3. I will come back with a proposal for my system's X11 and will ask for support. NOT with a proposal like (1-2, 3,4, .....). I think I have to understand things like: Jumper 1-2 because it closes a specific circuit with a specific voltage, that gives this kind of signal etc, etc, etc.
Dear Panic Mode, thanks for hoping for the best . Your hopes came true. Next time I will not be such lucky (it was only a matter of luck not looking for 1,5-2,5K euros to replace my safety board).
ps: If my English is all Greek to you it is because I am Greek.
