Original fault was in the robot itself. The second fault was due to the fiber optic cables being swapped to the wrong place.

Status update:
We had a spare robot, so we changed it out. The original alarms went away, but a new one developed. SRVO–068 DTERR alarm (Group : 1 Axis : 2). We have 2 robots in that cell, so I switched power cables and the problem stayed with the controller. After switching the cables back the alarm went away but another fault (no alarm) developed on both controllers and I can't seem to clear it. It says "Please power off, if you want to recover," but no mater how many times I cycle power or hit reset (or shift+reset) the fault will not clear. Attached is a pic.
Can anyone help,
Tom

Hello everyone,
I have a LR Mate 200iB 5P robot with a R-J3iB controller that I am having trouble with. The error on the pendant is :
1 SRVO-021 SRDY OFF (Group:1 Axis:6)
2 SRVO-021 SRDY OFF (Group:1 Axis:5)
3 SRVO-021 SRDY OFF (Group:1 Axis:4)
When I open the controller the is a steady line on the 7 segment LED of the Power supply module and Servo amplifier module 1, but a blinking line on Servo amplifier module 2. I have replaced AMP 2, but still have the same indication. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Tom
