I wrote to robodk forum, "request new feature". Should I wrote to Request support also?

STEP is from Yaskawa, so it should be as good as possible. Robodk have short article of making new robot and I tried to follow those instructions but I think I'm doing something wrong.
I have license for Robodk so I asked them to do that. Hopefully they can also tell me what I did wrong.

Hi
I'm trying to create new robot into the Robodk but with the first, second and not even third try I wasn't able to make it move correctly. Is there someone who could help me with that and maybe make that robot for me and then tell me shortly how it was made? It is Yaskawa HP3L that I'm trying to make. I have 3D model (STEP) and datasheet for the measures. I manged to split the robot into pieces and then combine what is needed, then I made new mechanism (robot) and take measures from the datasheet. But stil it is moving from the wrong places and I think in the wrong frames.
I'm beginner with Robodk and ofcourse first thing that I got stuck when start practicing was that there is not my robot in the library. Fortunately there is other robots that I have but this HP3L was supposed to be my "Robodk robot".

Yes, it is still available

Yamaha scara robot with controller. I have never powered it up but it is supposed to be in working condition, and it looks nice and clean. It is located in Finland. If you are interested you can give me an offer.

Ok, just disabled the whole thing into pieces and reassembled it and now it works. So it feels like it was just bad connection somewhere..

Hello
Does anybody need anything for the small Kawasaki, see pictures. It is missing its teach pendant and and one board from the controller. This came to me like it is so I don't know much about it. I can sell parts or the whole thing. If there is something you like to have please write to me and make me an offer It is located in Finland.

Thank you for the suggested fault causes. I forgot to mention that it does not matter for losing servo power problem if robot is moving or just standing still with servo power on.
I tried to disconnect all I/O from the robot but that didn't help. Also I tried to move cables and connectors while servo power is on but could't make servos go off. I tried to figure out where to measure voltage given by the power source but could't find any good way. Only point that was easily accesed was cables from NTU to the brakes, and there were about 22,5V, so it feels kind of a low voltage.

Hi
Can anyone suggest what might cause NXC100 controller with HP3 robot dropping servo power off now and then? Problems started so that servo power turned on but brakes didn't release everytime. After a while it started giving alarms 4301 (Contactor error) and sometimes alarm 1345 [162] (Safe circuit signal not same (SV)). Now the new problem is that it is dropping servo power off, and there is no alarm, just dropping servo off and brakes on. Sometimes power stays on only few seconds, sometimes few minutes. This new problem makes it impossible to use this robot so now it really needs to be fixed.
I have changed NTU board (because I thought it might be the reason for brakes not releasing) and tried with another teach pendant and cable. I was thinking that could it be power source that is "tired" and voltage drops so that it has no power to keep contactors closed? Or what could it be?
Thanks

I believe it is called playback panel, the one that is on the controller. There might be some problem with that cable because when I moved it a bit remote light blinked. Maybe I have to try changing that cable..

Hello
What might be wrong because my XRC - UP6 remote mode is selected when powering on and it can not be switched off? It can be switched off by disconnecting and connecting panel cable while power is on. Then everything works like they should.

Hi
Does anybody know how to calibrate teach pendant touch screen? Is there a way to enter windows control panel and other windows functions like Yaskawa teach pendants have? If there is then I think there is calibration menu on control panel. Maybe some button combination during startup cancels booting of the robot system and leaves you to the windows?

Hi
Can anybody remember what buttons should be pressed at the startup when entering to the test functions? I remember that there is atleast screen test, backlight test and some memory tests..

Hi
Does anybody know pin order for TPU2 teach pendant, especially what is for DC - and +. Or wire colors inside, there are red, blue, white, brown, yellow and green wires for the board. And what is the voltage that controller is feeding for the teach pendant? I'm planning if I could do some testing for the teach pendant without the controller. Thank you.

Ok, so it can be normal DX100 pendant with right software, that's good.
Thank you

Hi
What controller type/types teach pendant model jzrcr-ypp02-1 should work with? It looks just like dx100 teach pendant but it is written nx100 in the bottom of the keypad..
With nx100 controller it gives program version unmathed error. With dx100 it gets stuck in the blue screen where program versin chech should start and with dx200 it gets stuck in the screen with picture of the robot.
I guess something needs to be updated, but what..
Thank you
