Hi,
I am having a issue. I am using Profinet Slave card to communicate in between Robot (YRC1000) and Siemens PLC. Until yesterday all was good. I have programed the robot with IO signal exchange from PLC via the Profinet card. Today morning when I try to run the robot in Teach mode it says "Servo ON Enable signal (ON-EN) is off", when I press the Deadman switch it says "all groups at servo off state". I have even dis-connected the PLC and re-started the Robot controller, but no result. What can be the issue?

Hi 95,
Thanks a lot for your answer last time.I have created 2 different files for the 2 different areas within which areas the robot should move only. As the height of these 2 areas are different so I needed to separated them instead of creating one area. Now I know the option to merge the 2 areas using (Utility > Range Combination) but the option is not letting me do anything. The different slots there are not changeable. What should I do ? I have attached here screenshot of the 2 safe area settings. Any help would be appreciated.

I am working with a GP12 robot with YRC1000 controller. Now we have activated the FSU by paying the license. I am struggling with one issue in the FSU-Robot Range Limit. I have one big area and 3 small areas (all small areas little volume overlap the big area) which I need the robot movement to limit within or confine within these volumes. Now when I activate both area then I get the Alarm and can't move robot anymore. How can I merge 2-3 different "Robot Range Limits" areas ? I mean the robot will check if its swept volume is within any of these defined areas then it fine. Now the robot swept volume is within one area but outside the other small area, so it generates Alarm. Can anyone please suggest something?

Hi Henrique,
Were you able to achieve your goal? I am also searching for document to do the same. I need to connect our GP12 robot with S7-1500 PLC via Profinet. If you succeeded could you please share your experience? We have a Anydata Profinet card in the robot controller.
