The robot is a master or a slave? To communicate with your Plc probably it's slave! I don't know if you may configure a master and slave in the WV.

Hi all,
An advice, at least, in krc4 do not put the programs in the work directory. If the file doesn't exist the controller doesn't recognize as a program, if it's already in there, the controller will replace your changed file by the last file that was working there.

I don't recall but i think you have to activate the fd### parameter. Try to change to 1. I will check the right parameter and post it. Regards

this is very weird. In a kr120 for instance, you can rotate axis n 6 284 degrees per second.
What robot are we talking about??

did you try to command the gripper out in in/out window?
If not go to input/output window, in T1 mode and command it.
The output configured is 17.

i have one but just to launch robot program. To do the other things you have to do it form scratch.
But if have any doubts just shoot.

I had to upgrade to kss 3.8.8 to solve the problem. the system didn't start up the submit and of course, didn't start my "cell" program. It was a 3.8.5 HF2.
The kuka guy installed the latest kss release.He also said that i was not the first to complain. -
The only file that runs upon boot up automatically is sps.subNot on kss 8.3.5. It has a bug.

You can also "kill" cell with cwrite command and launch another program. After reach home launch cell again. It's another option.

By default USB sticks are configurastes for fast ejection. I can remove USB and normally nothing is going to happen. But if, in Windows, you change prop. From USB for "performance", you have to eject it.

The x11 wiring is different. 2 years i tested the maintenance wiring scheme on krc2 and krc2 ed05 and they were different. Kuka gave me the right scheme for krc2.

Hi igormacielf, i have already worked with R-30iB controller.
Kuka has everything you need to do normal things, as Eusty and panic mode said.
Programming tp from fanuc is very diferent from kuka krl programming language.
Control metods to stop robot are diferent. I think it's better to read the system integrator manual and after that post all your doubts.
