Hi DS186
Thank you for the assistance with that. It works!!!
I had to also change the update time and increase the watchdog to 150ms for some reason to get it to work, but it works fine now.

This is the profinet safety on the robot controller
Hi here they are as requested
Thank you for that, for some reason I had a blindspot and did not see attachments.
So my fanuc device is up and running, the F_iPar_CRC matches on the robot profisafe interface. I can also send and receive normal IO. The only issue the safety module does not want to reintegrate. I have seen however that my QBAD is still on, and as far as I know the QBAD signal must go off first before the module can be reintegrated.
With my reintegration logic, all I am doing is triggering my ACK_REI input on my F-I/O data block like I normaly do with other safety devices.
I found the issue I was having, on the Siemens side I chose the 8 byte profisafe module, as the pendent was saying that we are using 8 bytes. It ended up being the 1 byte profisafe module on the PLC.
I am using the A05B-2600-S536 card with the J931 option.
The issue I am having now is the constant SRVO-0419 error even though the F-iPar_CRC Matches.
On the plc I get the following error:
Substitute values are output for the F-I/O.
User acknowledgment at the ACK_REI tag of the F-I/O DB is required for the re-integration of the affected F-I/O to eliminate the (error) causes.
Check the PROFIBUS DP/PROFINET IO connection and ensure that there are no external interference sources.
Check the parameter assignment of the F-I/O in the hardware and network editor. If necessary, set a higher value for the F-monitoring time.
You can obtain more information by searching for the event ID in the STEP 7 online help.
Now I have triggered the ACK_REI tag but it does not do anything to the alarm.
I cannot upload any images as the website wants a URL to the image and not the image itself.
I have a similar issue, also getting the SRVO-419 error, but on my plc the safety module in slot one says Input/output data not available. With the standard Icon of 0101. The normal IO slots in slot 2 to 5 work fine and I can send data across from plc to robot, but the safety does not want to recognize it at all.
I have checked firmware versions, gsdml versions and all the F_iPar_CRC match, it just does not send it through to the robot. On the robot side the F-iPar_CRC received shows NO 0
