I started getting an error in the Logs "C450A5 - FT sensor detected, Calibration Required".

Is there a calibration guide to do the same and if not what is the procedure to calibrate the FT Sensor.

I did try the method for the Base Frame to Tool Frame Conversion for getting the forces but it displays the result only for one point it does'nt do so for the complete program.

I need to explore the PLC option as currently there is no PLC connected to the controller.

For the last couple of days i have been getting an intermittent error:

KSS10042:

SYS-X44_PB-Slave1:Error in Profibus Slave Ring (error code:-126 - EL6731-Slave,waiting for parameter)

KSS00099:

Error on reading/writing: SYS-X44_PB-Slave1.

Is it possible my EL6731 Master Module is damaged which is causing this error?

And when i try to restore the project through workvisual I get an error message during activation:

Unknown Error on Controller <WINDOWS-HTEN24I(hostname)>:Catastrophic Failure (Exception from HRESULT:0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))

Is it possible to program the robot to check for a particular signal continuously in a module and as soon as that signal is received we need to execute the program which only involves speed reduction of external drive and also continue the execution of the current program.

Is it possible to check the status of individual axis of the robot??

After connecting with the external monitor it was giving lots of status messages like "Internal Drive Configuration Error","Mada is malformed",etc.

So I restored the Machine Data file from an old backup and it started to work again

Why could the machine data file get corrupted??

I did that and it still gives me the same error.

"KRC Found.Waiting for cyclic connection" is the error I'm getting now.

The Kuka Smartpad is giving me an error "Waiting for cyclic connection:KRC 4 not found".

Tried that and it gave me the same error.

So I called the Kuka Service Center and they asked me to send the Smartpad to them as there could be some kind of problem with the wire.lwould like to know if this can cause the error.

I have a KUKA Robot with a KRC 4 controller and the smartpad is giving me an error which says "Ethercat Packets Missing" and "KRC Found, Waiting for cyclic connection" but does not connect.

I have removed the smartpad cable and reconnected it but still end up with the same errors.

Kindly Help.
